That is a beauty! I prefer the unfluted CH line myself though. I do love the wood Hogue grips. I have a set just like that on a 29. They offer a great feel and even better looks!

Sabre...Where are you in AZ??? I am in Phoenix. I got a 629 Classic just like yours last week at the Phoenix Gun Show. I saw a guy in the parking lot with one and I inquired "how much"?

He said $400 with 100 bullets. I made the deal and "RAN" to my truck before he could change his mind. It has those dumb rubber grips which I intend to change. It's one of the finest hand guns I have ever owned.

Great looking 629. Nice wood. Hard to beat this one for sure.
I like them 629's as well. Excellent shooters.
