This is my Model 629 Punxsutawney Phil Commemorative revolver. The Smith & Wesson Custom Shop put these together for the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club. It came in a felt-lined wooden box, and only 41 of them were made. That's Punxsutawney Phil on the sideplate.

A 620 (or 29) has always been in the "dont really need but would be awesome" category for me, but after seeing all these fine revolvers....and watching the last 2 seasons of "The walking dead"....i may hafta get one Beautiful gats gents!!! Mike

I never get tired of showing off my 629PC. It now wears Ahrends Tactical grips in Cordia.

My only 629. Was lucky to find a P&R one.
This one was pretty dinged up after 30 years of use so a full rubdown was called for.
Makes a nice companion to my 8-3/8" 29-2:

Here are my three 629s. Left hand side starting at the top 29-3, 629 Classic Hunter, 629 Classic DX, 629 Power Port. Right side .44 specials 624, 624, 696.
