Wondering what these numbers and letters mean on my 66-2 frame.

Actually, they are factory applied assembly and fitter markings. They help keep the frame and it's associated parts, like the sideplate and yoke, together while the gun is fabricated and assembled.....and identify the employees involved with the construction and fitting.

If you check the number on the back of the yoke, it will be the same as the numeric at the bottom of the grip frame, near the grip pin. No additional significance really.
