Had to trim .010 off the end of barrel.

Barrel and frame need cleaned (kitchen sink) before being ready to put together.

Still have a trigger job and some more work to do to her, but this give you a shot what I'm shooting for. Will add finish photo's later.

John, that is awsome, did you work out the timing yet?

Took about one hour to fit the hand, so the timing is like it was when new.

Was thinking about making it a round butt and bead blast it. The way it looks now is nice and different. What do you think, should I blast and roundbutt it?

Very nice job. That's a great project. If I could only find the parts, I'd love to duplicate your work, but with the SS cylinder rather than the Titanium. I'm in the process of going through my PC681 3". I hope to blast the Birdsong finish off of it with aluminum oxide next weekend.

Wow! That thing is awesome. Just curious, did you go with the Ti Cyl for the weight savings or the durability? I debated going with a 386 or popping a ti cyl into a steel frame. Very cool.

Spegel makes nice boot grips for a square butt, there was a pair for sale a week or so ago in the classified section. They may be sold but you could see what they look like.

John, I personally think you need to leave it the way it is. I like the unique look and the fact that you did all the work to make a one of a kind revolver.

I think you are right panamajack, I will leave it as is, may put a set of boot stocks on it

. Thanks

Very nice. I'm no gunsmith, I can't imagine doing that stuff myself.

I would have picked blasted and round butt, that would make it extra sweet!

Your skills are seldom seen in today's market place. Leave it as a squire frame. It's good to know that your caliber of work is not something from "days past".
