686-4 Snub Cross Draw

Looking for a recomendation for a leather cross draw holster for my 686 snub. Finding one has turned out to be a little more difficult than I thought it would be...

I use a Kramer scabbard with a 686 3". They make their scabbard cross-draw, but I carry the 686 in their vertical scabbard on my
weak side. I found that I like it much better without the grip sticking out quite so far. Another advantage with the vertical scabbard is that I can also carry it strong-side if I want to.
If you look closely at a lot of the holster makers they have options available to make some of their holsters FBI canted, vertical, or crossdraw.

Agree on CD, looking for a CD for my chief spl when in the car as pocket holsters are unaccessible while seated. Prefer something that goes on easy like a paddle. Anyone tried the fobus or serpa for these?

I've only carried cross-draw for a number of years now with my primary carry gun either a, 2.5" 686 or 3" 686 + and after many attempts using different holsters I found Mernickle and never looked back. I even have one for my Glock 32, so either Semi or Revolver, they work equally well.

I carry my 2 1/2" 686+ 1 in a LH Kramer Cross Draw. It's a great holster--fine fit and finish, great material and workmanship. LH Cross Draws are difficult to find.

CD is my carry preference and has been for +30 years. Easy to drive with, sit with, eat with and is right there when you need it. I have to admit I like the looks of the Mernickle for my Night Guard .45acp.
