[Northwoods Trader]

Picked up my 686 yesterday & I am very happy with my purchase. Shot it last night - I think I have a new favorite gun to shoot.

Nice 686-4! You got yourself a damn good revolver without all the IL, MIM, and tapered "witches' nose" lug drama!

MrTrolleyGuy, that is a nice one you got there! What kind of recoil do those things have? Must be quite a bit more than my 4" 686.

Sorry, I did not see your question. The recoil is less than my .380 caliber in my Ruger LCP.

And shooting hand loaded target rounds it is not too much more than a .22 in a smaller gun. Believe me, recoil is not much of an issue in that 38oz revolver.
