Just started carrying the 9C2.0 this morning. I carry just behind the hip. As I suspected the aggresive grip texture does tend to grab my covering shirt much more than my G19 or 9C1.0. Has anyone experienced this as well? Curious if using some fine sandpaper to knock the texture down just a bit would help.

Sanding lightly would help....so would talon rubberized grip covering if they have them for the 2.0 9c yet.

I don't wear an undershirt but I did just that because it was rubbing a cherry on my back fat. Much better now and far more tolerable

Sanding knocks the tops off of each little sharp nub and then gives it a square edge. I lightly ran the flame of a propane torch over mine, which more or less rounds over and smooths the sharp point of each nub. Tried it on one of the unused backstraps first. Still the sandpaper like grip, without the bite.

When gripping the gun, I found it's edges of those narrow untextured seams between portions of the textured areas that's eating on me. I knocked those down pretty good.

Using a sweatshirt it has actually been great because it helps keep the shirt from lifting up.
