...a$4k .41 Magnum....!

It might be 1 of 10. "Might be". Seems like an expensive gamble, but that also seems to be a fairly common thing on Gunjoker since the panicdemic of 2020.

I was watching it and I hope it is what they think it is because with tax and shipping it’s going to be $5000

That is just nuts. I have a photo of the box label saved from when that revolver sold on GB in 2015. My 170114 has the same 8121 Spec. Ord., but a BNZ prefix. Earl Minot of Lew Horton could not verify that mine was one of their exclusives.

It came with this postcard in the box.

Wow! Thats closer to $5k. A guess a couple people were looking for one of those for quite a while. I personally can think of better ways to spend that kind of money. To each their own.

If that is a Silhouette, there are only 3-4 of them...and one was cut back to 7"... I'm thinking that maybe handejector sold his a few years ago on GunBroker and it brought BIG money...

I'm thinking one of the .41 collectors on here has posted a picture of his 657-2 PC 4"... I've seen a few of the LH 3" guns but maybe only one other of the 4"...

..so ko...you have one of them...maybe it is your pic I saw posted.

I was watching that one and wanted it for a shooter but that quickly went into "NOPE land" for me

For my purposes? Uh, no. If I wanted a shiny 4" barreled .41 Mag, I'd either cut down a 6" or have a 57 hard chromed. But whoever bought must not need the money and it must have that much ego appeal, so why not?

Honestly, until this thread came up I never even noticed the lack of 4" barreled 657s.

You have a good memory! The 41 Silhouette pictured was from Handejector! It is the most expensive gun I have ever bought, but less than the gun that started this thread! Another SWCA member owns one, Hank Williams Jr had one cut, along with my gun makes 3 known! There is still one out there someplace for all those 41 Mag collectors to find! The case pictured is homemade and the grips on the gun are early Keith Brown grips.
