Got a shipment of 2-500 round boxes of 45 bullets yesterday and the boxes were split open. I lost about 1/2 of my bullets. I called and they are sending me another box of 500 bullets at no charge. Now that what I call good customer service. I just wanted to brag on them a little. They deserve it. Don

Most bullet makers are pretty decent about ensuring you receive a good product, despite the USPS best efforts to do otherwise.

I agree. I have ordered several times from Missouri, and their product and service has been very good for me, so I continue to be a solid customer. Be aware, they are running behind in filling orders, like everyone else seems to in this frenzied ammo "shortage". Their website says 3-4 weeks, so they are upfront about it. But it has been over 4 weeks since I last ordered, and it has still not shipped. I assume this will ease up in a few months.

As I understand it they ave been running behind for a good while. They make such a good product that everyone wants. They have a nice problem. I had to wait about a week and a half for my order. I was expecting to wait longer. Don

I was told 4 - 6 weeks on a recent order, but had them in two weeks. Great folks to do business with.

I love their bullets and have had outstanding service from them. But those post office boxes take a lot of abuse on the way to my house. I have gotten 2000 rounds in a box. That +/- 45 pounds. You know the post office folks aren't exactly in shape. I have had them come the sides split open and corners bashed in and bullets floating around in there. But can't beat the shipping cost, it is a deal. If it fits it ships.
Funny story. Not long ago I got a note in the mail box that I had a very heavy shipment I would have to pick up at the post office. It was 8000 rounds in 4 ,if it fits it ships, boxes. Took my note and went up to the counter. My guys was a skinny white dude, so it takes my note and heads to the back. It took a while but he finally came of from the back with my boxes in one of their carts. He struggled to picked one up to put it on the counter to scan it. He made some comment about the weight and I said silver sure is heavy and he nodded. And there was an older heavy set black lady in the checkout booth next to him and she said they're bullets. He said no they're not. Don't what he was thinking. I just stood there and smiled at him. He wheeled the cart around the corner for me and I wheeled my "silver" out the door to my car.

I hear many peoe praising other bullet companies a lot, BUT not nearly as much as MO Bullet Co. Makes me glad I started with their bullets.

I enjoy thier bullets. I called yesterday to ask about modifing a order. No problem. i have a 1000 45, 500 38's and 500 357's. Just wit till my wife sees the bill. I may need of all. :D

I recently made my first purchase from Missouri Bullet and was very pleased. It was just before things were getting really short. I ordered 500 rounds of 44 Magnum brass and also 500 357 magnum brass. Along with 1000 each of 158 gr. and 240 gr. bullets.

Pretty good sized first order. I am on the west coast and one evening about 7:00 in the evening my time I get a call and they ran out of 357 magnum brass. Only had 300 and no idea when more would arrive. Really very sorry for the error. I thought the personal call was nice. A credit back for shortage and all is well.

I have yet to load any but the bullets seem to get great reviews.

Brian

It will be 6 weeks tomorrow no bullets and no status, is there some one I should talk too? I ordered 500 each of 9MM, S&W 40, and 45 ACP.

Just go on their web site and get their number or send them an email. What ever the problem they will make it right. Don

Missoui bullets,,Good product,, Nice folks to deal with,, but the boxes sure do get beat -up.

The first time I had bullets delivered to the house, the mailman said ,, I've got a really heavy box for you. I told him,
' Must be that box of Gold I ordered. '

( I'm pretty sure he knew they were bullets. )

Usually in the fall, or the spring when I order a bunch of bullets.
I try to spread the orders out a bit so that all the boxes don't come at once.. Don't want to break my mailman or him hating me....

I have always had great service from MBC. My most recent order was 2000 148gr DEWCs which I received about 3 weeks after placing my order. I also applaud them for not price gouging - I was looking at prices from Rim Rock Bullets (I have bought from them in the past too) and saw they took a pretty nice jump upwards. Thumbs up to MBC ... I will be back for more.

They have a Facebook page and post updates there. They have recieved orders on an enormous scale. They are adding more equipment and personel to try to keep up. Once in a while they will post a picture of how many pallets of bullets they shipped on a certain day. It is huge. You will get your order. I don't know for sure but I think they are a pretty small operation and this frenzy really hit them hard? Brian

I have been using Brad's bullets almost since he first opened. Great bullets, great company.

I am suprised you lost some bullets, they normally package them very well and bag the boxes in heavy plastic bags. That says something for how bad the postal service is getting if they managed to break open all of that.

MajorHal they are really trying to stay on top of this massive rush of sales. If you got an order confirmation you should be good as soon as they get to your order. Send them an email.

update: I received an email from Missouri Bullets today that my order is being shipped, great news! My wife is not to excited but I am!:)

While I previously ordered my lead from Missouri Bullets, I've jumped off the bandwagon in favor of other vendors. What swayed me was the last batch of .45's came in with no packaging or cushioning to mitigate the shipping abuse, resulting in a large majority of the bullets missing some or all of the blue lube.....I even took a picture to send to them. Blue lube was still in the box, just not on the bullets. Never heard a peep from their 'customer service' folks. Have since had great luck with SNS Casting, Arizona Territory Bullets, and Mid-Atlantic. No difference in price to speak of, superior packaging, responsive to orders, and I'm much happier with the product quality.
