If your reading the posts here there seems to be a demand for the N frames in 5" barrels?

How about doing a run on a few 5" barreled 357mag, 41mag, 44mag just to test the waters?

If we look at ruger they are offering different RedHawks.

It's too bad you don't do ordering from the factory. Each gun can be built from parts, like ordered from the dealer to the wholesaler, he orders from the factory then it gets delivered. Without doing a run of many guns. It keeps your inventory low too.

You can call it "QUICK ORDERING" have the form online. I can't see any reason it can't be done. Let's put this on the leading edge.

I can go along with this. I would love to buy an 8 shot model 27 or 627 that has a tradition design 5" half lug barrel.

heck yes!
We need an uprising of those of us that want certain guns, but "different" than those offered.
Smith makes them one way, take it or not. Doesn't make sense. Can you imagine how many more they would sell with options? Can't cost a whole lot more to make a 929 or a 627 8 shot with a 4, 5, 6 inch full underlug barrel, or any barrel you want!

5" is best inch.
