Sent in my CS45 to Springfield for repair to trigger on 12/16. Included a note outlining the problem and also explained I was not the original owner.
Had thought about this a bit and wanted to be up front w/S&W, was prepared to meet repair expenses. Was expecting a phone call or postcard w/repair cost and authorization to proceed request. Last nite got an e-mail that FedEx had it and I'd get it today. Considering the holiday period, I'm very pleased w/repair time.
Delivery man just dropped it off a while ago, it's all fixed and no bill.

That's great. S&W is like that. Would you divulge the problem with your trigger?

I purchased a CS45 at a gun show last weekend and took it to the range yesterday and found that although cycling rounds the trigger would not reset and I had to cycle the decocker to fire. is this the same problem any of you had?
