A sight for the wishful target?

The offset sight on the gun I recently posted has got to go. I found a gold topped sight for sale that is on the way.


I used my suspect skills at photoshop to imagine what it would look like, the dimensions are really close to the one on it, so fitting would not be an issue, the height is only a guess...

What say you??

The sight looks like a Marbles or Sheard Gold bead type. They were used extensively on the early Target Models. I have 1or 2 of those in my parts stash.
The Wonder Sight for the the rear may help your target shooting. They have mixed reviews, I have used one on one of my 38/44s. They aren't the most sturdy, vs a professional installed factory Smith sight
but they won't bust a,budget for target shooting.
