A small request please....

Tolerance is good. Hiring a proofreader for a forum? Not so much.
I hired a proofreader a couple of years ago. He worked three days and quit showing up. Won't answer emails or phone calls. Left the computer by the front door one night with two .45 holes in it. I guess the job was too taxing. :D

The thing that drives me nuts is when I have nearly completed a long and brilliant post, I apparently hit some combination of keys that deletes the whole thing.

Knowing I will not be able to duplicate what was lost, I usually just go on to something else......:(

Well, that excludes me from having to worry about this. I've never nearly, or otherwise, completed a long and brilliant post. :-)

Have a blessed day,

Leon

After not so careful review of some of your recent posts, there seems to be some lack of punctuation, run on sentences and failure to space after a period and the beginning of a new sentence.:D;):p

The lack of comprehending what one reads deserves it's own thread. :)

Typos, diction, grammar errors are gonna happen no matter what and after 30+ years in publishing I can affirm that proofreading your own stuff puts one in the position of missing the same errors while reading as were made when typing. Tolerance is good. Hiring a proofreader for a forum? Not so much.

Or, maybe try this: Grammarly: Free Online Writing Assistant

Is that Ole Earl's banjer in yo avatar?

Have a blessed day,

Leon
