A veteran's cap and a Walmartian...

Since we are listing Franklin's credits I think it only fair to mention what I consider his biggest pain in the rear creation, Daylight Savings Time, at least I have always heard it attributed to him. I absolutely loved the years I lived in AZ for many reasons, not the least of which is they don't mess with that stupid moving the clock around business.

going to walmart for entertainment is like picking on cripples. most have matching belt size and I Q.

I'm not sure about the belt size/I.Q ratio thing, but if you are going to Wal Mart for entertainment, what you might not realize is you're probably someone else's entertainment!:D

Lost credibility with me.

It's a fun apocryphal yarn; I actually posted it about a year ago and the mods pulled it pretty quickly - apparently there were too many references that might have been interpreted as racist and/or insensitive. I thought I'd resurrect it in a somewhat modified and more PC form so no one could possibly be offended. Didn't realize it had been re-used in the original form by someone else and NOT pulled by the mods!

Anyway - all in fun. :D

I need one of those Border Patrol caps to wear to the auto parts store, where I've been ignored by the workers in favor of their own kind. But if I get one, there wouldn't be anyone left to operate the register.

Okay, so it's the $100 bill that has Ben Franklin on it. Now: who's buried in Grant's tomb? Some people actually can't guess.
