SASABERANGER
SWCA Member, Absent Comrade
Abbie spent most of the day sleeping, but was awake for about two hours this afternoon. She still is not able to talk, but can signal comprehension with the blinking eyes and squeezing hands.
Her Grandmother read to her for a while this afternoon.
They are going to start dialysis again tomorrow as her kidneys are not functioning very well.
They are also trying to control the bleeding and heprin (sp?)that she has to have because of the Berlin Heart.
She is still extremely critical, but is steadily holding her own.
Thanks for the continued prayers and support.
