Abbie spent most of the day sleeping, but was awake for about two hours this afternoon. She still is not able to talk, but can signal comprehension with the blinking eyes and squeezing hands.
Her Grandmother read to her for a while this afternoon.
They are going to start dialysis again tomorrow as her kidneys are not functioning very well.
They are also trying to control the bleeding and heprin (sp?)that she has to have because of the Berlin Heart.
She is still extremely critical, but is steadily holding her own.
Thanks for the continued prayers and support.

Thom & Debbie,

We will continue to keep Abbie and you all in our prayers.

Thank You for the up dates, we pray the Good Lord will bless Abbie that she will be able to return home soon.

Abbie was added to the prayer list at church today. Some extra help can't hurt.

Still praying every day and night for Abbie. I have also asked friends and family to do the same. Thanks for the updates Thom, they are important to us.
