My copy prints from 5"-6" high at the 25yd line.
Several different types of 115gr FMJ do no better than 4"-5" groups.
Pretty much ditto with the PMC Bronze 115gr JHP I've had on hand.

Went out the other day with like 8 different flavors of JHP I have.
Norma 108gr 'silvertip' only printed about 4"-5" high, but around a 4" group.
I was beginning to think it was built for those uber-light 9mm loads of 100gr or less. Then, the Speer 115gr Gold-Dots......finally!

I couldn't correct the orientation of the pic. However, view it with a quarter turn clockwise, with the bottom of the diamond as my aiming point.

Nice shooting. With that sight radius I cannot imagine doing any better without a vice.

Sounds like the leade and/or rifling are sensitive to ogive shape. I would call a 4" group at 25 yards from a pocket pistol is at least combat accurate. Anything better is a bonus in a gun that size, IMHO.

You're correct. I was much more concerned with POA/POI than tighter grouping. But with all of those loads, I was hoping for more than just ONE {so far} that was acceptable. BTW, that was from sitting, rested, slow-fire...I'm no Jerry M. :D

I am certainly not or have ever been a competition shooter but I am able to hit an 8 inch plate pretty consistantly at 30 yards with my CSX. That is plenty good for me, but also says a lot about the gun. I don't think they were designed for bullseye shooting at 50 yards.

You did a lot better than me. I tried to like the CSX -- it was single action, easy to conceal, and felt good in the hand. But, I never could get a decent group no matter what ammo I tried, just couldn't shoot it well. I have and shoot many guns with a short sight radius, like Sig P365, Kimber Micro 9, Kimber EVO, Beretta Nano, Beretta Tomcat, S&W Shield, etc. with no issues.

Don't know what it is about the CSX. Just couldn't seem to get the hang of it. Finally sold it.

First...have a second person shoot the gun and see whether the results are the same. Maybe the stance and hold need to be modified.

If it is shooting high...go for a lighter bullet. See if the groups come in to point of aim.

The accuracy is quite good. I surprisingly shoot the CSX better single handed better Between my CSX & P365.

My CSX shoots fine. It is me that keeps it from being all that it can be. Mine is for short range, point & shoot, self-preservation.
