Acronyms in the For Sale Section??

I can't find a guide for them, so I'm puzzled.

I can't tell you how long it took me to figure out that "SPF" meant "sold, pending funds" and had nothing to do with suncreen.

WTS, WTT, FTF, ok, got those

But "OTB"? "OBRO"? What do those mean?

OTB = Open to Buy - I suppose this is a step down from actively seeking

OBRO = Or Best Reasonable Offer - a variation of OBO which if interpreted strictly could mean that an unreasonably low offer would be accepted if it was the best offer made - the real world difference might be hey I need to sell this NOW and need whatever i can get for it - vs - I wouldn't mind selling this at a decent price but if I cannot get a fair offer I'll just keep it.
