Well, being hard of hearing I naturally am curious just what kind of snake oil are they trying to peddle?
Has anybody tried this and Lord forbid, did it work?

I really would like to know what they are selling here, they say it is 100% natural, well maybe they just show you how to cup your hand behind your ear.

I haven't seen that ad, and I'm not Amish. However, I see that there is an Amish-oriented pamphlet available on the internet on this exact subject. Perhaps someone is selling copies of the pamphlet?

I am pretty sure that is what one would get for their $39. Most of that relates to infections and temporary loss as opposed to exposure to loud noise over a period of time.
Mystery solved.
