Sorry, but I gotta brag on this one. :D
I watch the for sale adds for ammo. I think I just made the deal of my life. Found this on my state shooting forum. Saw the ad, contacted the guy. Turns out he used to be a competitive shooter. He retired, sold his guns, but had beau coup 38 Super ammo left over that he needed to get rid off. We worked out a deal. I had to drive 100 miles to get it, but it was worth the trip.
56 boxes of 38 Super ammo. Two were some commercial reloader I never heard of, but all the rest was new in the box factory ammo. That's 2800 rounds.. I got the whole lot for $700. That breaks down to $0.25 per round. :D
I may never have to buy or reload any 38 Super again for the rest of my life. ;)

My 38 Super was inherited from my Dad in 1989, and ammo was difficult to find for it locally back then. When I did find it, it cost about that much way back then! It's the gun & caliber that got me started in reloading, as I saved all of my brass.

Congratulations on the find! I've got a few boxes of those Silvertips left myself. "You done good!" as we say here in Kentucky! :D

Great deal! I'm jealous. I'm surprised about not knowing about Magtech, they have been around for decades, though nothing special. I would trust them over the Armscor though.
