He has been mentally ill for years, and sadly, the family chose not to intervene. That is the issue . . .
After reading a bit more in the news about his paranoia mental illness seemed to be part of the problem. Sounds like some schizophrenic behaviors.
I feel for his family as well, they must feel terrible if they were aware of it.
A while back I spent two days online and on the phone trying to make a VA appointment. The frustration was beyond belief. The VA was kind enough to send me an email survey, which I usually delete without responding. But no, I needed to vent a bit and told them trying to make an appointment and having to listen to the constant barrage about their suicide prevention program was enough to make one call the suicide hotline. Less than 15 minutes after I sent it, the National Suicide Hotline called me.
So yes, the government does spy on us, and he wasn't paranoid about that.
Let's hope Walmart steps up and helps the families of those
who lost their lives.

Let's hope Walmart does not go Leftist on us and jump on the ban wagon.
While some witnesses said he was seeming to target specific people, the victims were not the ones mentioned in his screed.
