Happens all the time, CJ. For example, IMHO, there's no bigger shoot-em-up show on primetime than Hawaii Five-0. Last week's re-run contained a diatribe from Scott Caan's character at a gun shop owner. In it, he ranted that "Guys like you, (meaning a legit gun shop owner), are the reason there's crime." and the usual, "If there were no guns, there'd be no crime." When it's pointed out that he has a gun, "Well, that's different. I need it." If anti messages are in this show, you can bet they're pretty much everywhere.
