Any sight options for a SW1911?

I am real close to trading in a revolver on a 9mm SW1911 Pro Series with the fixed Novak style sights. I understand they are not true Novak sights and other Novaks will not fit.
Does S&W have any sight options?
Is the front dovetail compatible with other fronts sights?

I have 2 1911pd's with regular and one with novak night sights.i bought he night sight one used so im not sure about it being factory or not.

I bought a 9mm Pro Series and I too would like different sights but like mentioned above I'm not sure where to get them that will fit.

novaks offers different options for front sights with the s&w cut, fiber optic and gold dot, and a couple other choices. meprolight and xs sights also have sets.

Only thing I'd change on my "Billboard" SW1911 is a nice set of night-sights.
