Just wondering if anybody else has had problems with this company. I placed an order for a T-Pod vertical grip on 17 Nov. Only thing I received from them so far is an online receipt and the money taken out of my account. I go to the site to check on the order and it says still procesing, but I can't cancel it because it is in the final stage of processing or has been shipped? Sent them an e-mail no reply, and called customer service and sales all I get is answering machines? They have some decent stuff on the site. I just want to know if this is normal ops for them or should I be concerned that I'm out some cash?

I've bought some MAKO stuff before, and it all shipped without a problem. It did take a while to ship, but not overly long.

They ship out of Israel don't they? (or am I confusing them with CAA?)

I'd wait a bit before getting too worried. They seemed like a decent company, and IIRC there was a representative from them on this board wasn't there?

I ordered a product, but through amazon, so it shipped quick and got here quick. I can say I am happy with the quality of the product and will probably order more from MAKO

I ordered tje T-pod from Amazon. Excellent product, well build and good price quality ratio. Would buy again from them again of course....:o

CAA is part of the Mako group and while I have several products from them I've never dealt with the company. I got a CAA pistol grip for my 15-22 at Cabela's, a holster for my Glock from CDNN and a foregrip from Sportsman's Guide. They are all good products at reasonable prices and I wonder if Mako just has problems with direct sales to end-users. Good luck with your situation.
