When the instant coffee brand, "Maxim" was/still? on the market my shooting buddy would take three heaping tablespoons full to make his cup of coffee. He said he liked strong coffee!

No - but I recently saw an add for it. It is owned by a retired AF Fighter Pilot and SHE was introducing herself and her Company.

Our Coffee of preference is Eight o'clock Columbian Peaks. We're hooked on the stuff and it's the only brand we buy. We are not fans of flavored or specialty coffee's and just like it plain, hot with a drop of Half & Half.

A few Vienna Finger Cookies for dunkin' is my once a year treat to myself - as I have no self control with them. :o

Had some of the medium roast couple weeks ago. Not bad, pretty smmoth. But not giving up my regular brew.

I got hooked on Starbucks Sumatra when my daughter worked there. I just can't drink weak stuff anymore.

Recently heard someone complaining that UPS held up their shipment because it said Black Rifle on the box and they had BATF concerns.

Must've been an awful big box of coffee!

(Actually, BRCC doesn't use UPS for shipping their coffee. They use the USPS or FedEx.)

Maybe you're thinking of some other company?

Black Rifle Coffee Company was founded by and is owned by Evan Hafer, a former Green Beret. He's also the CEO.

Let me sort out the confusion here.

Evan Hafer is indeed the CEO. Amanda Higgins, formerly a weapons officer on an F-15E Strike Eagle, is now the director of roasting for the company.

Tried one of their dark roasts and it was good. Too expensive for me for everyday, but happy to order from them on veterans day. Got a t-shirt too..

I've tried this coffee at a gunshow and found it to be most excellent. I love DARK STRONG coffee. Having grown up in Europe, I'm used to dark strong coffee's. My coffee of choice happens to be:

1. Sumatra blend, Dark Roast
2. Italian Expresso, Dark Roast

BRCC pricing is on par with what I pay for my two choices above.
