Anyone Buy the New Colt Anaconda? Thoughts?

Coming to America

I'd like to see a 2021 Anaconda .44Rem Mag. I keep
reading how much better they are than the original
ones. I believe it would be nice to own.

I shot a circa 1995 Anaconda back in the day, and
really liked it. I would like to be the judge of
the new ones.

With the price being so cost prohibitive, and being
such a S&W Enthusiast, I will probably patiently
wait for for owning a 2021 Anaconda, it would
be something different.

Colt was purchased by Czech firearms company
Ceska Zbrojovka Group (CZG). Is this produced
here or overseas? Is this why there is so few of
the New Anacona's?

I don't think CZ has moved any production overseas.

To the best of my knowledge production is still in the USA.

I own one and absolutely love it, very accurate, solid and beautiful. I put some nice Colt wood grips on mine. Looks killer and I love to shoot it with the wood grips. Ymmv

CZ moving Colt revolver production out of the US is highly unlikey, but they will hopefully use their resources and knowhow to improve things at the current Colt production facilities a bit.

I just got the chance to handle one a few days ago. It was a beastly 8" barrel, IIRC. For whatever reason, it impressed me more than the new Python does.
It's cylinder will actually reach bolt lock before the hammer fall, like Smith and Ruger.
