anyone carrying a ruger LCP???

I have the LCP & it has functioned flawlessly with several different ammo types. It is a very small firearm, even in my smaller hands, but it is very convenient to carry & conceal , especially in hot Florida weather . In colder weather, [ yes, it gets cold here ] I carry a little larger 9mm, though.

I guess the LCP is an okay bug gun.. it can be had cheap but
is ammo sensitive and not recommended for the hot .380
loads, if there is such a thing.

I own a Kahr p380 and it digests any .380 ammo and is
accurate beyond expectations. Pricey but quality all the way..
IMHO, has to be the leader in this class of handguns

I have and carry the LCP as well. It's a great little pocket gun and it is what it is!
As stated elsewhere until it was broken in it was a bugger to rack the slide but the gun itself is improving with age and use.
I still prfer to carry my Glock 27 or my Model 36, but then again the LCP fits the need when the others just don't. ;)

I've carried one for over a year but only when I'm wearing minimal attire. And since I'm in Florida that is often as I'm in shorts a lot. But haven't trained with it outside the holster in a looong time. I figured I should train with it as it will get used. This holster fits perfectly in my rear pocket, looks like a wallet even when you pull it out, well at least for a few seconds and hopefully that's all you'll need.

I don't have near the experience that most probably have on this forum. Personally, I find myself carrying my 638 over my LCP. It really comes down to what I trust. For me there is something "KISS" simple about revolvers. Just my logic, but I prefer my 638 over my LCP. Even though the LCP is easier to conceal.

My Ruger LCP 380

I've had mine for about 2 years. Great little "Last resort" piece. I shoot OK with it. Really wish the slide would "lock back" after the last round is fired.

I use usually will put about 20 rounds through it on range days. It gets a little frustrating at about 30 rounds. No problems with the LCP, it's just not a whole lot of fun to shoot for extended times. I got to admit though, it conceals extremely well, so well, I don't even feel I'm packing:).

Isn't it amazing how many people have these little buggers? I love mine for summer carry. I added the Crimson Trace laser guard because as others have noted, the sights aren't the best, although they do work. Ammo is Hornady Critical Defense.
It's my impression this gun is meant for close up self defense and that's why I CC it. Don't expect great results for accuracy beyond 15 yards.

Who makes that pocket holster?....and would it fit/do they make one for the P3AT?

Not sure who made it off the top of my head but I'll see if I still have the invoice. As I remember it he did have one for a KelTec

I checked the invoice and all it states is LCP wallet holster. The company I bought it from was/is called Concealment Concepts. However I looked at the DeSantis one from above and it looks the same and it's only $2 more than I paid 2 years ago so my guess is that's the same one.

Don't have a LCP but I purchased a LC9 last week and have put 100 rounds through it.

With Hornady FTP 124 grain shoots to POA and a 4" circle firing a round every 2 seconds at a measured 15 yds. Like the full 9 but understand why some carry the .380. The LC9 weights 20oz loaded and holds a total of 8 rounds.

:) You remind me, amigo, that I need another one. (So funny to see you posting under this handle - I'm so used to just talking to you.)
