I bought my M&P 15 July 19 from CDNN under the impression I was going to get the rebate but have yet to see anything in the mail. Wonder if I should wait another week before I go begging? What recourse would I legally have? Side note: Sure love my M&P. It has been flawless!

I bought a 9mm M&P under the $50 rebate last spring and it did take quite a while for them to send it to me. You can check the status Milano Online Rebate Inquiry You did make copies of everything you sent them, didn't you?
I purchased a M&P15 OR on 06/20/10, sent in the rebate forms the next day. I did receive my check around mid August.

You have to mail in the rebate form, and the requested info.

Yes. You must mail the rebate form yourself. I got a S&W M&P15 from CDNN also, printed out the form, mailed it in. I asked for cash, I couldn't wait for the mags

Sent rebate form in for the cash on my new M&P 15 on October 1st. It will be interesting to see how long this takes. Not sure why they can't make it quicker or easier. In today's day and age, this should be able to be done on the web, somehow.

Just got mine a few days ago, about seven weeks after I mailed it. Checked the milano site a few times they kept saying no record of me. Then the check showed up.

I mailed my rebate form in on Monday September 27th. I didn't do a delivery confirmation with the post office but I'm sure they've got it by now. The milano site keeps telling me there's no record. *shrug*

Got my $100 rebate today!!! I sent mine in August 8th (the day I picked my M&P15 up), so it took almost 11 weeks. Not too speedy, but somehow I still need more ammo

Milano site just updated to "Valid Submission Received." I guess another month and I'll get my check.

Mine shows it shipped on Nov 12th and I still have not seen it.
I received mine about a week ago.
Be careful you don't throw it away, It comes as a post card that looks like junk mail.

Woo Hoo!! Rebate check finally got here 2 weeks after it showed as shipped. And yes, be careful not to throw it away.
It does look like junk mail. It's one of those postcard looking pieces that you tear the edges off to open and very hard to read the return address that says Born in the USA.
