Anyone have an F-250 V10?

If you want a half ton, keep looking for a half ton. It'll ride better, tires and brakes will be cheaper, and your fuel costs will be half.
 
Note that it has been mentioned that there was a change in the V10 in 2005, and that the OP is looking at an '06. Earlier models may not be a good comparison. Since I have no use for either, I have not paid attention to much about them. I am a fan of diesels for heavy use, but the post 7.3s have a reputation that would peel the paint off a battleship.
