Anyone in Northern CO/front range with a Freedom Arms 97 I can look at?

I've been saving for a Freedom Arms and would like it in .45 Colt. I want an 83 in .45 Colt but it looks like you have to get it in 454 Casull and get a second cylinder .45 Colt, which I prefer not to do.

So, I'd like to get the model 97 but my hands might be too big. To shoot an old model Blackhawk I have to put my pinky finger under the grip frame for the most comfortable grip. The Ruger Bisley grip is perfect for me. With some comparison photos I've seen between a SAA and 97, the 97 does not look much longer, at least to me.

Sorry for the strange request but does anyone around Fort Collins have one I can look at, just to check the grip size? I'm happy to meet you wherever you like, PD parking lot, public shooting range, etc. If you're a Northern Colorado Rod & Gun Club Member we can meet at the Owl Canyon range. I've never seen one in a store, especially around here.

Please see my feedback here. I can email you with a dot gov address.

With the gun excise tax passing in CO, if it's anything like, CA, the price of a FA will be quite a bit so I'm considering buying ANIB off of GB now.

Thanks
