Anyone order ammo from Palmetto State Armory?

I have ordered from them multiple times prior to the panic and had no issues. order was recevied within a few days, I am next door in Georgia so transport time was minimal.

As with all orders right now, everything is back ordered, try to give them a chance, they have been a good supplier for me.

Hope you have good success.

Be patient is all I can advise. I have ordered from them dozens of times with no complaint but I don't know if you've received an email apologizing for the massive delays they and the whole industry is experiencing. They are a small family business that has even posted job opportunities to keep up with the demand so shoot what's in your stash in the mean time and I'm sure your order is forth coming.

I have ordered ammo from them several times with no problems. My last order for CCI Tacticals was placed a couple of days before Xmas, and it took 2 weeks to get to me. Have patience.....:)

Jammer

I have ordered from them before, they ship pretty slow in normal times, 3-5 days. If you want something shipped the same or next day, try Bravo Company

Many of the smaller vendors have had a hard time keeping up with the panic buying. Rainer Arms is another vendor that had to put up a notice for delayed order processing. Lancer Systems even took down their web store temporary.

I just purchased some Federal Bulk .22LR from them for in-store pickup. I got a email conformation right away. Not sure when I'll get a call to pick it up. Last time I ordered online was on Black Friday for a Geiselle SSA trigger. I got a call to pick it up a week later. The credit to my account also took a week.

I recently purchased a GSG 1911-22 and they didn't have a problem price matching it to their website. I always ask before I purchase anything and I've never had a problem. Last summer PSA had a deal for the Aimpoint PRO for $359 but they had to stop the deal because of MAP. However, they still honored it when I went into the store and asked about it.

I ordered some Blazer Brass in 9mm & in 45acp on 1/02/2013. My
order shows to be still "Processing". Sigh...oh well. I ordered some
more 9mm today as locally it seems to have disappeared. Man, this
bites! I haven't been to the range since last year & I'm going into
withdrawal.

I placed an order from PSA for 2000 round of Federal American Eagle 22LR on December 28th. They charged my card and the money was removed from my account.

11 days and 2 emails inquiring about my order later and NOTHING!

I ordered 3 525 round Federal 22LR bulk boxes last night, we'll see how it goes.

I have dealt with them some BP (before the panic) and have been satisfied with their service. Don't recall shipping times being unreasonably long.

Things started to get tough after the election for everyone. Now...all bets are off. I ordered some ammo a few days ago from a place that gave plenty of warning it would take awhile. Got an email today telling me it will ship in a month.

These are difficult times for everyone. Waits are OK if I know I can get it and not pay triple.

I ordered a case of 22LR marked "In stock" from Palmetto State Armory during the last S&W forum buy and waited 10 days for a shipping notice. When I did not get one I called. They said they were out of stock but were expecting some soon. I told them, No prolem. Please cancel my order. Their CS Manager, Nicole Kone, said they would charge me a %10 restocking fee. I asked how they could charge a restocking fee for items that are "out of stock?" Then she asked if I would agree to a %5 restocking fee? I said no and to cancel my order. PSA charged me the full %10.

I will not buy from PSA again.

That's BS. Bad business IMO.

You are a more trusting soul than I am.

Challenge this with your credit card company. There's a 95 percent chance the card company will charge it back to PA and removing it from your balance. I've had to do it a couple of times when companies tried to shaft me.

After a 3rd email, this one a bit more stern, I got a response from PSA. I now have a shipping window and that's all I really needed to know.

A little information goes a long way.

I ordered from PSA on December 26th. I received a UPS notice today regarding shipment.

I ordered some 9mm on Dec 16th and got tracking number on Dec 27th. Was too bad but yea expect it to be longer wait and processing times, hard to get ahold of reps in customer service departments, etc. Talks of bans, executive orders, mag caps, and ammo limitations its gonna be crazy like this for a while.

Just got a UPS tracking email from PSA! Looks like the 2000 rounds of Federal American Eagle will be here Tuesday! :D

The wait for the 3 boxes of 525 bulk Federal continues, but I'm sure it will be here in a week or so.

I placed an order with them 12-22-12. I tried to phone several times with no answer. I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail box was full. By 1-2-13 I had not received a shipping notice, so I emailed them. The response I got on 1-4-13 stated they would be shipping the following week. Got the order 1-9-13.

Long story to say - just communicate. I think under the circumstances we understand delays, but at least tell us what's going on.
