I bought a 15-5 a while back that is marked ICF14 on the right side between the cylinder and the trigger. The left side is marked with a four digit number in the same place. Anyone know what ICF is?
Anyone recognize this LE agency?

As for the stamping, that's interesting, but I have no idea yet. What agency's last word would start with an F? Federation? Fund?
Maybe I'm overlooking something obvious. Looking forward to other suggestions.

I can only guess at what ICF stands for.
Indiana, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, something?
CF might indicate a Correctional Facility. So possibly Illinois Correctional Facility.

Google ICF International. It's some kind of large firm with a law enforcement connection. Might be one of their guard guns.

I know that all Illinois corrections generally use the acronym IDOC (Illinois Dept of Corrections) however there is a corrections facility in Michigan called Ionia Correctional Facility (ICF).

I almost took down the picture when I realized there had been a mistake. Now I'm glad I didn't. I may not know any more about my Model 15, but I've had a darn good laugh.
