I found a couple thousand rounds hanging out earlier. But ive never used it and also i dont recall see many like this. Its like the bullet is the exact same color as the casing. Normally the bullet is a bit darker color......Or maybe its just me and my old eyes :)

that is made by Selliers & Bellot in the Czech Republic - their own ammo uses the same jacket - both the Herters & the S&B work just fine for range ammo - have used both in 9mm, .40 S&W, & have used the S&B in .375 sig. It is my understanding Cabela's bought the Herter's name & is now distributing that ammo

I've used S&B ammo for range practice and IDPA competition for the past three years until I recently purchased reloading equipment and began handloading my own competition ammo. I've never had an issue with the S&B ammo through at least 20k rounds. My Sigs and Glocks eat it with no problems whatsoever.

Yep Herters is the name, im pretty sure.

I have seen their AK47 ammo, which happens to be steel case. Surprisingly this was brass, which i figured would be steel case (because of the name). Although the box does say Brass Ammo, lol......I just wasnt expecting brass ammo with a bullet the same color. Just looks like a bit much BLING BLING, if u know what i mean.

Cabela's bought the rights to the Herter's name. Herter's was a giant mail-order shooting and fishing outfitter back in the 50s-60s. Kinda what Cabela's is today. Their brass-cased ammo is made by Fiocchi , S&B , the aluminum by CCI/Speer , and the steel cased stuff is Russian.

herters has several suppliers - the steel stuff is i think mostly rifle & not sure who makes it, the brass stuff is all reloadable & currently all s&b as far I know - heard older was another supplier. there is also alumimun herters too which is apparently alumimun blazer ammo but havent used that

Canelas Herter's brand steel cased ammo has been made by Tula Cartridge Works and now Ulyanovisk of Russia.

Their brass cased ammo was made by Fiocchi of Italy and they had a single run of .380 made by PT Pindad of Indonesia. Current brass cased ammo with the HRTRS headstamp is made by Sellier & Bellot of the Czech Republic.

The newer Nyclad TNJ alum cased ammo is made exclusively for Cabelas by CCI of Lewiston ID.
