Anyone watch the TV show Grimm?

Weird show IMO...

Is there some kind of running plot? I can't figure out what it's about.

Doesn't matter... Looking forward to this Tuesday. They're bringing back one of my favorites... The Unit.

I liked it when it first came on….about goblins and gremlins and other creatures but never a clear plot until a child comes into it. Enjoy it for what it is……fairy tales.

It has been a while since I watched this, but from memory the plot is that the Brothers Grimm were not writers of fairy tales, but actual "nightmare monster" hunters, and their stories were the actual diaries of their hunting these creatures.

This gave rise to a hereditary group of hunters known as "Grimm's". Ni ck is the last in the family line to inherit the title, but unlike his ancestors who killed the supernaturals he encounters, he lives with those who are good while killing those who are the monsters.

I actually lost rack a few episodes into season 5. I don't think I ever finished it.

Filmed right here in Portland. Had to adjust my disc golf game one day as they were using one of the local parks to shoot a forest scene. The park has big tall fir trees and they actually brought in other trees and strapped them to the bigger trees to make it look more like a wild forest. It was a night shoot and a friend of mine's daughter did a temp security gig, holding back any looky-loos and watching the trucks.

Liked it when it first came out. But eventually the the plot(s) kept getting weirder and then too weird for my taste.

It's a pretty good series. We watched it back when, and actually I just bought the full series on Blu-ray, and we'll be starting it again soon.

Wife loves it. Never liked it much. Heck I could walk through downtown Seattle and see the same thing.
