One is for the M&P 1.0 and one is for the M&P 2.0 as it says in the description.

It would help to know the generation of your m&p , even the SKU: number off the box .

Go fire 400 rounds and then come back and tell us what you think , what the pull weight is and is this a carry handgun or range / hd gun .

If you have little experience with a nicely tuned SA trigger pull and your m&p has no thumb safety you might stay away from the FST kit for a carry handgun . The striker block

I've got a M&P40 1.0 police trade-in. It had the hinged trigger and an annoying magazine disconnect safety. I just removed that safety and added an Apex Polymer Action Enhancement Trigger. It's much better now. Well worth the $60 investment. Here's the link to the one I bought:
