Approximate age & value request

Can someone give me approximate age and value of this M&P 4”?

It’s my buddy’s and looking at the photos I’m assuming it’s been refinished.

It is pre 1910 and unfortunately it has been reblued. The stocks are in nice condition and the hammer and trigger colors are really good.

My guesstimate is $400.

The upside is that the grips do not appear to be refinished. That variant with dished tops is very hard to find in that condition. If I were selling them, I would unabashedly ask $200 for them. MAYBE 250!
