Are you a "one trick pony" when it comes to cooking??

I enjoy all sorts of cooking everything from Sushi, curry, Paella, ceviche, turkey Veg soup, BBQ., to roast pig on a spit. My wife is a Boudreaux so she does the Cajun food!

Had to look twice at the roast pig picture.Thought it was somebody's pet Corgi.

When I cook there are some things I figure you can never have enough of, like butter, garlic, salt, or wine. You can never go wrong with bacon fat either. I think there's probably a surgeon generals warning specifically about me. For example, I love Taylor's Pork Roll (the best pork roll there is) fried in butter. Home fried potatoes, fried in bacon grease, are another favorite. When I make gravy I make it the way my Dad did. Drippings from the roast, a bullion cube, GravyMaster, flour, and vast quantitys of wine. Sutter Home white zin works good. Have enough gravy and you won't care what the food taste's like.
