Are You an Advertising Billboard

About the only advertising I do is wear the Carhartt square on my t-shirts or the Key label on my coveralls, I never wear advertising on my clothing and don't wear baseball caps. I do have a few shirts with the name of my rifle club on the front and a few Union shirts I wear when around my old work place. I do have a favorite t-shirt I got in Canada that has in large print on the front that proclaims MOUNTED POLICE HOMICIDE UNIT, in small print underneath it say "Our day begins when yours ends." For some reason that spoke to my warped sense of humor.

As a person that has bought a lot of cars & trucks over the years, It don't leave the lot with dealer stuff on it. I tell the sales guy and put that in the contract and as usual I do a good walk-around. If its there I have them take off the sticker and/or the plate surround.

I have bought a few Vettes and I have to say, those people know how anal Corvette people can be and know right from the get-go not to put junk on a Vette!

I drove home from NH with MacMulkin temp plates when picking up my C6 GS in 2011. :) Other than that, no dealer stickers or plate surrounds.

If a company wants me to advertise for them, give me hat or garment and then only if I like and use the product.

I ride a Harley but don't own anything other than the bike that has their name on it.

I've never put any stickers on my vehicles and always remove any dealer advertising from them. I do on occasion pay for clothing emblazoned with brand logos.

The lap top I'm typing on has four stickers on it, an American Flag, Palmetto State Armory, Magula, and Telluride. If I go in a Panera Bread or other restaurant to do a little work on my computer I want it to be very obvious that it's mine and someone doesn't "accidentally" take it be mistake.

Uh oh, you’re going to get the “Grey Men” fired up!

I just wear what I want. I had a nice Beretta hat, but the dog ate it.

Dealer logos don’t bother me. I don’t do bumper stickers, but thats because I think they’re cheesy. Nobody cares what my car thinks.
