Am I a hoarder.......depends on your definition of "hoarder".
I now buy ammo to keep my stock on-hand to a level of what I would normally shoot in 5 to 7 years and maybe longer. That way I can still shoot at my normal rate and still feel I have plenty of ammo if/when things go "south". If that makes me a hoarder....then I guess I am.
