Although there are only 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter, the game is well worth turning on even if you are not normally a football fan. It was a full-blown blizzard, but now it’s just a garden variety snow. Old school, three yards and a cloud of dust (or snow) option football. Game is going to the wire too—13 to 7 with Navy in the lead.

It’s on CBS.

It opened with an invocation, an Army/Navy choir did an emotional rendition of the anthem, a stadium full of cadets and midshipmen showed how to properly hand salute, the unis are classy with Army in artic white (darned near invisible in the snow) and Navy in a Blue Angels theme and both teams playing for the honor of their respective branches.

As Woodrow Call said: "splendid behavior!"

I have divided loyalties. I wanted to join the Navy, but couldn't pass the physical. Color blindness. The Army couldn't care less! I like the close ones, decided in the last 3 seconds.

Best,
Rick

Another great Army-Navy game.
Went to the Legion to watch it.
Congrats on beating Navy and wining the Presidents Trophy.
And remember the Midshipmen and Cadets will be in harms way soon.
Not in the NFL, on Wall Street or a comfy high 5 figure to start career.
True American Patriots.

I got to watch almost all of it; I had to feed critters before it was over. So I was glad to see how it turned out, but I'll have to watch a replay so I can get the drama at the end.
