My frequent EDC gun is one of two Springfield EMPs. About a month ago I took them to a fun gig and put a lot of rounds thru them in a short period of time. Both guns started to have failure to extract issues.

Got them home, cleaned them good, stripped and cleaned the slides and took them out for a brief run-thru. One ran beautifully. One still had FTE issues. I called Springfield and they would NOT sell me an extractor, I had to send it back to them for warranty. (I bought both guns new from a dealer here in CA.)

Turn-around was three weeks. They replaced and fitted the extractor, pinned the ejector and test-fired it. Dealing with the shipping was a pain in the butt but I can't fault them for the work and the turn-around time. Plus of course the price was right. Free is almost always good.

The major reason why I give the P365 an edge is because Springfield Armory has a corporate policy against selling factory spare parts to consumers or third party vendors. If you need a simple spring or the like replaced, you require you to send the entire gun in. I like to keep a lot of spare parts on hand for EDC guns I plan on carrying and using for many years to come. I don't want to have to ship one of my primary guns off and be without for a month when I can replace the part myself in 5 minutes or less. I also want to be covered if the model is ever discontinued. For all the aforementioned reasons, I would recommend the P365 over the Hellcat unless you get a killer deal or it's not going to be a primary.

Sig P365 at the 7,500 round mark
This is EXACTLY why I would buy another Springfield. They are also good for an abruptly discontinuing models to which you'll have a paperweight for a gun if and when they do because you will not have any spare parts, and Springfield eventually will not either.
