andy c could very well be indicted after the election. No way it will happen beforehand. Chuckie Schumer absolutely hates andy (well not as much as most of us, but a lot none-the-less). He will spearhead an indictment before andy get any national election traction or before he might somehow get appointed or nominated to a federal gov't position.

Well, if Cuomo ever runs for POTUS, he won't get my vote. I feel sorry for fellow gun owners in New York. It really is bad that the whole state, which has some wonderful countryside, has to be strangled by the one big city with all the problems. I hope Cuomo does not win re-election.

The polls have Cuomo a "shoe in" for re-election which is sad because if every gun owner voted against him, he would be out of a job!

His goal is to make NY the most progressive state in the union (his words). Wait 'til you see what he wants to give to illegal aliens at the taxpayer's expense.

If you are a NYer....GET OUT AND VOTE!

Do you really think there are THAT many gun owners in NY?

Bluntly, a 3/2 dem/rep voting registration and highly active democrats mean NY is a lost cause.

Bluntly, Republicans in NY are partly the cause of the Safe Act. They could have NOT allowed the vote but they did.

Notice the corruption commission was stopped too? I believe it was quid pro quo politics, NO corruption scandal squash the investigation and vote our way.

NY conservatives and Republicans need to clean their own houses.

I don't support ANY democrats, however, NY politicians of both parties need to clean up their act.

I don't think the current inhabitant of the governors mansion has many friends at all. He's alienated even the groups that support his party blindly, teachers being the largest and most powerful.
Will they fall in line next Tuesday, that's the question.
Around here I haven't seen one single sign supporting him, this area is heavily Astorino territory. But then, the county I live in is probably the most conservative county in NYS. Even the current occupant of the WH couldn't win this county twice(losing it badly), despite winning the state handily. There's only one "D" that holds any public office here, and he's quite conservative hinself.
Our Sheriff has been very vocal on his disdain for the SAFE law, even going on national tv airing his opinions. Our county clerk has been in court, and still is in court after losing once and refusing to release any info, fighting to keep pistol permit owners identities private.

Bolded. How true that is I'm a retired construction union member and they are well known as a 1 party supporter. Just yesterday I got a mailing stating who I should vote for and they made no notice of the governor's race.

They parade the union hacks for the IAFF constantly for public viewing(yellow shirted lemmings), but I rarely ran into anyone at the firehouse that voted "D".
The rank and file are complete opposites of the union hierarchy.

One Final Word

On the eve of one of the most important elections we as gun owners have faced in New York, I urge every New York law abiding gun owner to get out and vote. We know what was has been done to us, and face even more/worse of the same if our current politicians and governor stay in office. Hopefully when the smoke clears tomorrow night, we all will have come together to defeat the anti gun mind set politicians, and will have sent out a clear message to the rest of our great country that we stand together here in New York for our 2ND amendment rights and other states take note, so as to set an example for their government officials to be fair warned, if they try this they too will be removed from office.
