Couple of years ago I purchased a Shield from the Performance Center and was impressed by the trigger compared to the Glocks I'd been shooting. Fast forward to present and I picked up an M2.0 in 9mm and thought this trigger is even a little bit better and after watching Jerry Miculek talk about the Timney trigger, I installed one. Even better! Just the other day I bought an M2.0 in 10mm and so far it's been a lot of fun. Getting back to reloading again also. Shooting the heck out of these guns and loving them. OH, Mr. Miculek talked me into mounting the Vortex Venom on both guns..:p Very nice.

Although I am mostly a vintage S&W revolver guy, it sounds like we have some similar tastes in S&W pistols. One of my favorite EDCs is a PC Shield Plus 9, and I also recently purchased an M&P 10mm 2.0. My 10mm sports a Holosun 507c reflex red dot and a Nightstick 850XL light.

WELCOME TO THE FORUM TheDonFather

Careful those M&Ps & Shields are addictive :D

SO FAR, The Shield Performance Center Plus has the best trigger of these four 3.1" M&Ps, next would be the PC 40 1.0
I have been carrying the PC40 the most but the Optics Ready Plus is nice at night too with night sights & red dot optics
I put flat faced factory Plus triggers in my 1.0PC & 2.0
I met Jerry Miculek twenty years ago & shot against him at the range afterwards, He wanted to buy my 940 S&W 9mm snubby, I wouldn't sell it to him either
It was the most awesome J frame to date IMO
