Barrel Change

What is the average labor change and length of time involved to change a Model 19-4 barrel to a better condition replacement Model 19 barrel?

I had a similar one done semi-recently at my local gunsmith. It depends on whether the barrel threads on with the front sight lined up and the B/C gap correct - more work=more cost. Mine didn't ( ) and it cost about $125.

I had S&W swap out a barrel on a pre-27 two or three years ago and they charged me $75, which included return shipping. Shipping there cost me over $50 and I had to supply the barrel. They did an excellent job.
