The real problem is that the people who are supposed to be fitting the barrels to the frame are not. Just screwing them on. I don't get it either, with proper tools and a bunch of barrels to chose from it shouldn't be that hard. Frame goes in jig, tread a barrel in by hand and you should be able to see where it will end up torqued from where it ends up hand tight. To far to go? Stick barrel in short pile and try another, goes to far, stick barrel in long pile or take a barrel from to far to go in tool that shaves shoulder, remove so much and then install. I know if it is what I did I would get very good at it. Just slamming them on isn't cutting it. Teach the person, give them correct INCENTIVES, make good guns and MONEY
