What is a reasonable price to have the barrel on my AR 15-22 threaded for a muzzle brake?

It cost me $80.00 to get my barrel threaded. I thought that was on the high side, but I got less than a week turnaround. Prices are all over the place. Each gunsmith seems to have their own charges.

Keep us posted on how you make out.
One thing I found out after I had my barrel threaded. If you ever want to add a can, it is important that the barrel be threaded the correct length. Too many threads or not enough can cause issues.
