Barrels, what have I got here?

Bought a box lot a couple of months ago with some Colt Pocket Auto parts, Colt New Service parts and some other misc stuff like some Astra barrels and some S&W revolver parts to include three barrels.

I'm thinking what I have here is a cut down N frame .45 ACP barrel from a Model of 1950 that someone customized, a .38 Regulation Police barrel which I think is an I frame, and a .32 S&W barrel that I'm not sure what it is from.

Anyone have any thoughts?

The regulation police is an I frame.

The 32 barrel looks to be from a model 30 or 31, probably a j frame although it will fit an I frame.

You're right about the 45 ACP barrel.

The RP barrel, given the two-step cutout for a mushroom ejector rod knob, was produced for use between 1917 and 1927 inclusive. Yes, I frame.

Good to know since bubba filed the S/N off the bottom of the barrel.

I took a look at the M30/31 barrel and there is no S/N stamped under the barrel.

I'm guessing it is a takeoff as the locking bolt is installed, which I presume would not be the case if it were NOS?
