Carry guns in NJ are possible and there are many. The only thing is, you have to jump through many flaming hoops to get one. Many just give up after the first 6 tries. Now NYC is a totally different story. That requires an act of God and even then it might not happen. (from a NYC transplant) Thank goodness for PA!!
