Anyone have a good supplier for Nottingham yeast, several pounds of corn sugar, maybe some caps and an air lock?

My stuff is scattered, and all the local supplies have dried up / gone out of business.

Barely getting by on canned beer right now.

There's a lot of them out there. Try William's Brewing. I've had good luck with them.

Alabama is one of only three states where brewing your own beer is illegal. There are, however, about 6 or 7 beer brewing clubs in the state, including two in North Alabama near Huntsville.

The typical monthly meeting is to have club members bring samples of their personal brews and share them with the other club members. So, apparently, it's a law that's not vigorously enforced, if at all. There's a bill in the legislature to fix this, don't know if it will pass or not, but let's hope so.

This has nothing to do with answering the OP's request or need, but at least you gotta free bump out of it.... ;)

Good luck.

Thanks for all the links.

I found all my stuff including enough caps to open a bottling concession, All I needed was yeast. It hurts just as much to pay $7 shipping for 1/2 oz of yeast as it does for a 1/2 oz gun part.

I guess it is the times we are living in.....

I saw "beer question" and my first reaction was "yes, I'd love to have one"

I hope you find a good supplier online or locally. We have a local brewer supply stores that from my friends who do brew say a couple are very good about having what they need, or reasonably ordering for them
