Just bougt a brand new .38 (642 S&W Pro). This snub-nose revolver is cut for moon-clips but I prefer using a speed loader. Who makes the best speed loaders for .38 S&W's? I dont care about the price, I'm trying to find the best. Any Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

In the meanwhile, unfortunately Safariland does not make the Comp II for J frames, the Comp I will have to do. Better than a HKS or other twist knob type.
There is a COPY of the SL Variant available. I don't know how it compares to the original, which is easy to use.

We research EVERY new member and expose the crooks ASAP. This loser didn't last here for 30 minutes.
Scammers typically don't try to buy, since the seller holds the item until payment is received. They target WTB ads, offer low prices and only accept non-refundable payment methods.
This guy doesn't know enough about guns to make a rational post, so he copied the question word for word off another forum. He was attempting to build post count to gain credibility.
Thanks for the quick vetting process. Was Scammed few months back by referral on 'other' S&W forum. George Toth from Ohio. Had grips looking to buy. Ol' George and i since exchanged several less than polite emails. Without making too long, saw after purchace SCAM ALERT on 1919A4 forum complete with picture of driver's license. Notified PayPal and had $'s returned. Downside was PayPal limited 'my' account til could prove MY identity after years as customer...WHAT???

SCAMM THE SCAMMER
Get information from the scammer.
Convince the scammer you want to purchase the item. Get their banking details. Then report these details to the appropriate bank or institution. Googling the routing number will give you the institution details.
Closing these accounts is the best action. It takes a lot of effort for scammers to open bank accounts.
You have the scammers email address. Report it to the email provider operating the account.
How to spot a scammer.
Look at the email in detail.
Look for indication they are operating in another country.
- time stamps.
- different language in parts of the email.
- look at the way the sentences are written.
If the scammer appears to be a dealer or gunstore, Google the number or gunstore and make a call to confirm.
Scammers do not provide a phone number or talk to you on the phone, this is a big indication it's a scammer.
Look at what the scammer offered information for the item. For example " I have a Smith & Wesson model 16 K32 masterpiece". Google key phrases "Smith & Wesson model 16 K32 masterpiece". The scammers copy and paste from advertising they hijack including the photos. Google picture search what you were looking for, and compare the results with pictures the scammer sent you.
I have not been a victim of scammers but have received many emails. One scammer I tricked into giving me 3 bank accounts and a PayPal account which I reported and had closed. The key here is once you get the first account, report it ASAP. Then wait a day or so and tell the scammer "the funds I paid bounced back, please check the account you sent me is correct". Generally they will send another account number.

If you cannot talk to the person on the phone do not buy from them,
if it looks too good to be true its probably is,
Don't risk something (money) you are not prepared to loose.
